Spear is the new name for Resurgo - 26th January 2026 Youth employment charity Resurgo has today relaunched under the name Spear, reflecting its total focus on the highly effective Spear Programme. The award-winning charity, which was founded in 2003, launched a new website. The site puts the voices and stories of young people at its heart.
