The award-winning Spear Programme has been running for two decades at centres across the UK, and more than 11,000 young people have enrolled to date. Now two new centres in York & St Helens will welcome their first trainees this week.

Figures out today show 957,000 young people are not earning or learning - 11,000 more than the previous quarter.
